The highlight of wellington is probably the cable care. It goes up from Lambton Quay to Kelburn, it's 1.80 NZ$ one way and 3.60 NZ$ round trip. It's cool because you can get bacj into town through the Botanical Gardens, there's a nice cafe there and an original cable car museum.
