there's a lot of internet cafes in wellington, including most hostels. prices are a minimum of 1 NZ$ for 15 minutes. Some specific places with decent prices are Cybernomad, on 43 Courtenay PL, the Email Shop on the corner of Victoria and Wakefield Sts, in Wellington visitors centre (after 6 pm it's just 2 NZ$ per hour).
