general's question: Where can I find out more about wellington? Is there a good museum of the town?(give a different answer) .
The Museum of Wellington City & Sea is quite fascinating and the best place to learn about the town. It's at Queens Wharf and the admission is free, open from 10 am to 5 pm. I loved the Maori legends told by small hologram actors, and the documentary about the Wahine (I'll let you find out what it is).
