Yes, you can. Queenstown Wine Trail offers five hour tours of four wineries, very informative, personalised and including samplings, too for 80 NZ$ or more. It's Wine Time is another operator that has prices that start at 75 NZ$ and they have good tours of the vineyards in central Otago.
