There's a very interesting one, the Minus 5 Bar, sort of a copy of the Auckland bar with the same name. It's entirely made of ice, there is an admission fee of 25 NZ$ that allows you to stay inside for 30 minutes and includes the protective clothing and a cocktail. It's at Steamer Wharf.
