well, if you are to take into account the advertising slogan "Arguably New Zealand's No 1 Holiday Park", then your best choice seems to be the Queenstown Lakeview Holiday Park (on Brecon St). The place has exposed camp sites, very good facilities and a beautiful view over the lake. Comparing the prices with other simlar places, this park has the cheapest offer: camp sites NZ$24 per 2 people.
