There is a natural residence in Dunedin, but I haven't seen any penguins there :) The place is indeed called the Penguin Place, but it's just a natural reservation and nothing more. It is on Pakihau Road, on the Otego Peninsula. It really is worth a visit though, cause you can see what's left of the wildlife :)
