Dunedin's chocolate factory

Posted 12 months ago by avatar dominik in response to playfast's question: I'm a sweets addict... is there a place where I can get a traditional desert in Dunedin, NZ, or something like that?... (give a different answer) .

I have a better offer: why don't you visit Dunedin's chocolate factory? For one-hour tour you'll get to see a Willy Wonka-style foyer and details of the chocolate making that's been conducted in the factory since the '30s. I believe it worth it, especially because it handels 85% of NZ chocolate production... it's on 280 Cumberland St and the admission costs NZ$14 for an adult. I'm sure they'll give you a free sample...
