A good hotel in Dunedin? Not too expensive ...(give a different answer) .
A room at the Hyland House hotel in Dunedin wil not cost you more than 125 $ a night, and considering its location, at # 1003 on George street you can call this price a real bargain. I stayed there and I felt like home. For 2 weeks actually :)
