There is one on 36 St Asaph St, the Canterbury Brewery, that can be visited from 10 am to 12:30 pm Monday to Thursday and at 1 pm on Saturdays. That's when the tours start (you have to book ahead and they cost 12 NZ$). They last one and a half tours and they're very interesting.
