Pride of Auckland, next to the Maritime Museum, has sailing trips around the harbour, that cost 45 NZ$ for 45 min and 55 NZ$ for 90 min. I recommend the 2 1/2 hour dinner cruise (includes dinner and is 90 NZ$). Soren Larsen, at Princes Wharf, offers day trips, hands-on sailing :) for 95 NZ$.
