Yes, Fergs Kayaks offers this. They're located at 12 Tamaki Dr, Okahu Bay and they sell and hire kayaks (30 to 40 NZ$ per day and 9 to 15 NZ$ per hour). They also offer day and night guided kayak trips to Devonport (65 NZ$ for 4 1/2 hours), Rangitoto Island (75 NZ$ for 6 hours).
